For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you. In this episode we are going to talk about my 5 new habits that I implemented this December, to help keep my overwhelm under control.  Since we can't leave all the decorations in the attic, we need to have some coping strategies to help keep the magic in the air, without adding to our stress.  Wouldn't it be nice to feel calmer this season?
