Do you struggle with mommy guilt as you try to manage everyone else’s expectations while ignoring your own?

I’m so excited you’re here.  Let's get you organized.

This podcast is going to motivate you to create structure and balance at home. It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone.

Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

If you are finally ready to learn more about stacking essential habits for SAHM’s by learning quick and simple techniques that help give you more efficiency in your day; if you’re ready to feel more prepared and less frustrated with your spouse, give you more head space, energy and time to re-align with the woman that came before the mother... Then this podcast is for you!

It’s time to turn up those ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

URGENT: The workshop was rescheduled due to an ice storm and power outages in Nashville
Registration still open for The Weekly Reset Workshop, - Feb 10, 2026
Hey MommaAre you tired of feeling like your days are running you instead of the other way around? Have you ever wondered if the real problem isn’t your motivation but your rhythm?
In this episode, I’m breaking down the Schedule Pillar and why it’s the foundation of everything else in your life. I share a real-life story about how one small disruption in my girls’ routine took days to recover from and how that same thing happens to us as moms when our rhythm breaks. I explain what the Schedule Pillar really is (and what it’s not), why so many moms resist it, and why it actually brings relief instead of pressure.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop just collecting tips and finally try applying them. I want you to experience what it feels like to build a week with intention instead of reacting to everything that comes your way. If you’ve been stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next, this is your invitation to stop guessing and start practicing.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Have you ever felt like no matter how much you clean, your house never actually stays that way? And do you ever find yourself thinking that if you just had one free weekend, you could finally get everything under control?
In this episode, I’m breaking down why your home doesn’t need more deep cleaning marathons or giant decluttering projects, it needs rhythm. I’m teaching you how to stack resets, cleaning and decluttering habits into your weekly routine in a way that’s realistic, repeatable, and actually sustainable for mom life. We’ll talk about the difference between daily resets, weekly deep cleaning, and slower seasonal decluttering, and how each of these belongs in a specific place in your week.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop treating your home like a constant problem you have to fix and start running it with intention. Your house doesn’t need perfection, it needs a rhythm you can come back to. And if you’re ready to learn how to build that rhythm into your real life, I’d love for you to join me inside the Weekly Reset Workshop. We’ll map this out together so you can stop reacting to your home and start managing it in a way that actually feels calm and doable.

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly restarting your health goals every Monday? And have you noticed that no matter how motivated you feel, your plan always seems to fall apart once real life shows up?
In today’s episode, we’re talking about why most health plans don’t actually fail because of food, they fail because they aren’t built into your routines. I walk you through the three health habits that make meal planning sustainable, not perfect. We talk about decision fatigue, why health habits disappear when they aren’t anchored to something stable, and how building in backup options is the key to consistency.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to be perfect and start building a plan you can actually practice. Not a plan that only works when life is calm but one that works when things are messy, busy, and unpredictable.
And if you want help building that plan, I’d love to have you join me inside my Weekly Reset Workshop on January 27th. We’ll take your health goals and place them into your real routines, real energy, and real week so you’re not starting over all the time.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it's way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you're ready to put those babies to bed.... It's time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz and let’s get stacking.

Do you ever set goals with the best intentions, only to feel frustrated a few weeks later when nothing seems to stick? Have you ever wondered why you keep starting over, even though you really want this year to be different?
In this episode, I’m breaking down why goals so often fall apart and what actually makes habits sustainable in real life. We talk about why motivation isn’t the problem, how your brain responds to familiarity and repetition, and why big goals need to be translated into small, repeatable actions inside your week.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking what you need to fix and start asking what you’re willing to practice. Choose one small habit that supports a goal you care about and give yourself permission to repeat it long enough for it to feel familiar. That’s how consistency is built and that’s how real change happens.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed…. It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.

Have you ever felt like your days shouldn’t feel this hard, yet everything still feels overwhelming? Do you ever wonder why the smallest questions or interruptions hit you so much harder than they should?
In this episode, we’re talking about why so many moms feel out of control even when nothing is technically “wrong,” and how that pressure usually has less to do with emotions and more to do with decision fatigue. I walk you through what control actually means in motherhood and why trying to solve everything in real time is what’s draining your energy the fastest.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to manage everything in the moment and instead choose one area of your week where you’ll decide ahead of time what matters. Pay attention to where you’re making the same decisions over and over again and ask yourself what could be planned once, repeated through habit, or supported by a simple routine.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed…. It’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.

Hey momma,
Do your days feel full but still somehow unorganized?
In this episode, we’re breaking down what it actually means to get organized using routines and habit stacks and why most moms struggle not because they’re inconsistent, but because their routines aren’t being supported by the week they’re living in. I explain the difference between habits and routines, where routines truly live inside your day, and how habit stacking works to make your existing routines more efficient instead of adding more to your plate.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself when a routine stops working and start evaluating it inside the context of your week. Instead of burning everything down and starting over, you’ll learn how to recognize when a routine just needs support, simplification, or adjustment. This is exactly the kind of work we’ll be doing together inside the Weekly Reset Workshop.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.

Hey momma,
Are you feeling the pressure to eat better, move more, and “get it all together” now that January is here? Have you ever noticed how quickly those goals start to feel heavy when there’s no real plan holding them up?
In this episode, we’re talking about why January matters so much and why health, energy, and consistency don’t fall apart because of a lack of motivation, but because there’s no weekly structure supporting them. I’m sharing a very personal story about a season of motherhood where I was doing everything “right” on paper, yet still running on fumes, showing up, pushing harder, and surviving instead of actually feeling healthy. We walk through how habits get stuck in survival mode, why goals live in our heads instead of our schedules, and how learning to intentionally reset and recalibrate the week became the turning point that changed everything for me.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop treating your goals like wishful thinking and start supporting them with a plan you can actually return to each week. Instead of beating yourself up when something doesn’t work, I want you to learn how to pause, adjust, and keep moving forward by joining me in The Weekly Reset Workshop, where I’ll teach you the exact one-hour reset I use as my weekly checkpoint.
The habit that helps me protect my energy, stay aligned with my goals, and design a week that supports real life.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking.

Hey mama,
Are you stepping into the New Year full of goals but quietly wondering if this year will really be different? Have you ever set intentions in January only to feel frustrated a few weeks later when life pulls you right back into the same routines?
In today’s episode, we’re breaking down why New Year goals so often fall apart and it has nothing to do with motivation or discipline. I’m sharing why annual goals mean nothing without habits, routines, and patterns that actually support them. We’ll talk about how your brain runs on autopilot, why overwhelm creates mental noise, and how default patterns quietly shape your days whether you’re aware of them or not.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop blaming yourself for goals that haven’t worked in the past and start building the habits and routines that make those goals possible. Because change doesn’t happen once a year, it happens in the patterns you repeat every day and every week. When your routines support what matters most, goals stop feeling heavy and start feeling doable.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. 💛

Hey mama,
How did Christmas really go? Did you feel like you were holding it all together for weeks, only to crash into the aftermath feeling overwhelmed, behind, and unsure where to even start resetting? Have you ever noticed how quickly we move from holiday chaos straight into “next thing” mode without ever stopping to regain our footing?
In this episode, we’re talking about why the goal after Christmas isn’t snapping back into perfect routines but finding your footing again. I walk you through why chaos makes us zoom into the day instead of zooming out to the week, and why that instinct actually keeps us stuck. We’ll talk about how patterns, not bad days, are what quietly run your life, and why trying to fix mornings, evenings, or motivation without setting up the week first never works.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to fix your days in isolation and start looking at the patterns shaping your week. Because when you zoom out first, clarity follows and routines finally have something solid to stand on. You don’t need to overhaul everything after Christmas. You just need a reset rhythm that helps you get back on your feet.
Let’s partner together because momming is not easy, but it’s way harder when you keep trying to do it alone. I know you’re ready to put those babies to bed… it’s time to pop in your ear pods, shake up your fizz, and let’s get stacking. 💛

Hey Momma,
Have you ever gone to declutter your home and found yourself completely stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted before you even really started? Have you ever wondered why organizing feels so much harder than it should?
In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Tracy Hoth, host of The Organized Coach Podcast, for a powerful and timely conversation about the emotional side of clutter. We talk about why getting organized isn’t actually about knowing how to do it and instead, why it’s so often about what comes up emotionally when we try. Tracey walks us through the questions she asks her clients to uncover what’s really standing in the way, how to choose a starting point that actually matters, and why clutter feels so overwhelming when our things don’t have a home.
Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop asking yourself why you can’t get organized and instead get curious about what’s holding you back. When you pair intention with a simple plan and give yourself permission to start small, you can finally make progress without burning out or starting over again next January.
Tracey has an amazing resources for you, its her 15 min Declutter Challenge...
