Hi, I'm Jess, a wife, stay-at-home mom of three girls, and creator of the Habit Stacked Life.

For years I lived in a cycle of burnout, frustration, and constantly feeling behind. I wasted time, struggled to follow through on routines, carried the mental load alone, and felt like I was always reacting to life instead of leading it.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix everything at once and started focusing on consistently stacking simple habits together each day. Because small habits repeated consistently create bigger results than big plans that never get implemented.

This podcast will help you create simple routines, build consistency in the areas that matter most, prioritize your health and well-being, reduce overwhelm, manage your home more intentionally, and create systems that balance the life you actually want to live.

Hey Momma!
Is it time to reset your routines? Are things not working for you at home?
In this episode we’re going to discuss how important it is to pay attention to the habits that you have in your everyday life.  Sometimes it makes more sense to just blow up the old routines and rebuild new ones.  However only when you gain an awareness of the patterns that aren't working for you can you actually make changes.  Jumping out of your subconscious back into reality so that you can begin to make that happen.
Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to practice your routines with intention and continue to tweak them until you notice the needle is moving in the right direction.  It's time to get very clear on what needs to change so we can build more stamina to this life of motherhood.

In this episode we’re going to discuss why I believe that habit stacking will change your life.  Once you know which area to place your focus then you can break down the complex problem into little compounding habit stacks.  These routines will be something that can build upon each other inside of each individual life bucket.
Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to focus on one area at a time.  Learn to master that stack before moving on to the next.  You may need to leave several areas off to the side while you dive into the most urgent area.  It's time to get very clear on what direction you want to go in motherhood.

Hey Momma!
Do you find yourself alone and isolated at home?  Are you completely overwhelmed when you go out in public with your children, so you choose to stay inside instead?  
In this episode we’re going to discuss the reasons you continue to retreat at home.  Navigating children and new tasks is just one more thing on your plate.  I don't question why you isolate at home, I think why wouldn't you?  The decisions we make every day and the things we worry about are enough to drive us crazy.  Stop feeling like you are the only one who feels this way.  Stop worrying about how others perceive you.
