Hi, I'm Jess, a wife, stay-at-home mom of three girls, and creator of the Habit Stacked Life.
For years I lived in a cycle of burnout, frustration, and constantly feeling behind. I wasted time, struggled to follow through on routines, carried the mental load alone, and felt like I was always reacting to life instead of leading it.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix everything at once and started focusing on consistently stacking simple habits together each day. Because small habits repeated consistently create bigger results than big plans that never get implemented.

I’ll also share how missing these habits used to create tension in my home and how putting structure in place finally brought peace back to dinner time.
