This podcast is going to motivate you to create structure and balance at home. It will help you be more intentionally efficient so you can have more time and energy to be a mom without any guilt or anxiety overtaking your life. It will encourage you to improve communication with your significant other so you don’t have to keep doing things alone.

Hi I’m Jess, a wife and stay at home mom to 3 girls. For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood. I had developed some bad habits of wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence and then blowing up on my spouse. I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to deliberately make those changes. So I created a plan to restack and replace these routines that were keeping me stuck. A simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

Hey momma!

I’m going to share how I created my own Home Reset Challenge last year, how I used these exact steps to stop chasing messes and start getting ahead of them, and how you can do the same—bit by bit, one stack at a time. We’ll walk through real-life examples so you can see exactly how to move from identifying the breakdown all the way to designing a full stack (and a mini version for crazy days). This is where the strategy becomes tangible and where your routines can finally start working with your life, not against it.

By aligning your tasks with your energy and stacking them strategically, you can avoid burnout while getting the important things done.

Hey Momma!
Have you ever wondered why you repeat certain behaviors without even thinking about it? How much of what you do today is influenced by the habits you learned as a child?
In this episode, we dive into how the habits we learned in childhood directly shape our daily routines as adults. From the behaviors modeled by our parents and caregivers to how we were taught to deal with stress, those early lessons leave a lasting impact. Whether we realize it or not, much of what we do today—good or bad—is tied to those formative years. I share a personal story about how my upbringing shaped my own habits and how I’ve come to recognize and shift some of them as a mother. Understanding how our habits were formed is key to changing the ones that don’t serve us and building new habits that align with our current goals.
Ultimately, this episode encourages you to reflect on your habit legacy—the patterns and behaviors passed down to you—and take control of what you want to carry forward and what you want to change. By understanding how these habits were formed, we can intentionally create new habits that serve us better and align with the life we want to lead, both as individuals and as parents.

I’ll walk you through how I break my day into Outcome-Based Routine Blocks and how that shift helped me finally stop reacting and start prepping with peace. You’ll hear real-life examples (like book fair week madness!), and how I use a Weekly Stacking Session to evaluate, plan, and protect my energy throughout the week.
Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to stop viewing your week as a checklist and start viewing it like a grid. I’ll help you see your day by outcome, your week by energy, and your time as something you can manage with a little prep. Because once you start pre-processing your week—even one small decision at a time—you’ll shift from surviving the chaos to stacking your way through it.

I’ll walk you through how I brain-dumped 62 must-do tasks before school gets out, and why knowing your true basics matters more than ever in seasons of chaos. You’ll also learn how to identify your Execution Gaps and how to gently close them using your Anchor Habit, Outcome-Based Routine Blocks, and one Core Stack inside one pillar.
Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to identify your 3–5 survival-mode basics—your non-negotiables—and write them down. Then, I want you to notice where the execution gap is showing up and ask yourself: What’s one small shift I can make to realign with the plan I actually want to live out?
