Ep 41 // How habit stacking eliminates burnout for busy moms
Hey Momma!
Are you struggling to know exactly what things you could be doing every day? Do you have them mapped out so that you know what you can keep and what you can toss in your day?
In this episode we are going to talk about all the possible ways you could spend time in your day. Some of these ways are good and some not so good. I believe that it is important to get down to the root of your habits for the sake of your family's sanity.
Ultimately, I am going to challenge you to focus on your own habits, considering it is the only part we can control. It's time to stack small incremental changes and create the big impact you need in your busy mom life.
