Hey Momma!
Do you struggle with burnout? Are you always blowing up at your kiddos and having a hard time getting back to a calm state of mind?

In this episode we’re going to discuss how important it is to check yourself after each moment of stress.  Are you staying frustrated far too long after a stressful situation.  The awareness behind your mood is a critical indicator to let you know if its time to add more TLC into your daily routines.

Ultimately, I’m going to challenge you to become more aware of your reactions.  Are you ready to stop letting feelings rob you of time with your children because you can't get out of stress mode.  It's time to stack intentional personal care into your current routines so you can show up for your family the way you originally intended.
